Patient Participation Group (PPG)

Wadebridge & Camel Estuary Practice work closely with our patients to constantly review and improve our services, one of the ways we do this is through the Patient Participation Group. The group meets four times a year, in the morning, at the John Betjeman Centre.

The PPG plays an important role in supporting the practice through activities such as:

  • Providing valuable feedback on the patient experience of care at Wadebridge & Camel Estuary Practice.
  • Organising patient surveys and suggestion boxes.
  • Promoting the use of the check-in touch screens.
  • Organising and supporting patient educational evenings.
  • Promoting and supporting the use of Patient Access, the NHS Login & the NHS App.
  • Supporting the practice team during flu vaccination clinics.

If you’d like to be involved, please complete the PPG form registration form.

All registered patients are able to join our Patient Participation Group. People of all genders, ages, ethnicities, and those with health conditions and disabilities are encouraged to join.

Members should as far as possible, be representative of the surgery population.
