On the 27 September 2023 we will be launching our new online consultation form, Klinik.
Our aim is to make access to our appointments safe, fair, and based on clinical priority. For these reasons we will be using an NHS approved online triage system Klinik.
Klinik will allow patients to submit their appointment requests and queries and aid us in assessing cases quicker, managing what is urgent and what requires a routine appointment.
If you are unable to go online, you can still call us on the phone or attend the surgery and our receptionists will complete a Klinik consultation form with you.
No system is perfect, and no one likes to change. It may take time for both us and patients to get used to the new system. However, by using Klinik we think we can see the right patients quicker, direct patients to the correct service, and reduce the stress of fighting for appointments.
